Mandala Blue Ash
2019 22" round wall hanging, self hanging SOLD Blue Ash is a rare sight in the Carolinian Zone of Ontario. Its distinctive square twigs make it easy to identify among the ashes. Through a long process, natives used the bark to make a blue dye. In this piece I've also put in ash seeds with their long wings to blow in the wind. |
