2021 16x16" framed textile The fifth of 6, each with a different theme... and here we have.... WATERSKIS! I don't do figurative work, so figuring out how to make these work without a skier on them was a challenge. So I thought back to my early days on waterskis and tried to picture myself on the skis looking down.The rest happened naturally and luckily the shirt fabrics cooperated with a nice selection of blues and whitish patterns. |
