2018 16x16" (18x18" with frame) SOLD This piece was a commission created for a couple who are celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary. The main subject was a Heritage Pear tree on their property that appears to be two trees growing as one - definitely an appropriate image! This piece was was specially made to work on a narrow wall flanked by huge windows behind it. It had to be bright with lots of contrast, but the client also requested a subtle palette of colours. In it was also added a spring blossom for each of their thirty years together.
